ACGME Case Log System
The ACGME's own system, where residents and fellows in specialties that require it log their clinical experience. The ACGME also publishes a phone app for it, ACGME Case Logs. The ACGME strictly prohibits vendor access to its systems, so the systems below import ACGME data and send no cases to the ACGME.

New Innovations
A residency management system for GME offices, covering work hours, evaluations and procedures. Its procedure logger tracks procedures and diagnoses against target numbers a program sets. Its phone app sends a logged procedure to an observer for approval. New Innovations imports logs from the ACGME Case Log System and sends no cases to the ACGME.
