ACGME Case Logs
The ACGME's own Case Log System, on the web and in the ACGME Case Logs app for iPhone and Android. It is the system of record, so what you enter there is submitted.

Anesto
An iPhone case log from Pierogi Labs, built by a practicing cardiac anesthesiologist. It counts cases against the ACGME minimums, nested categories included, and fills and submits the ACGME form from the phone. Case text is read by Anthropic's Claude and voice by Groq, once you agree. Its privacy policy keeps case descriptions in its cloud for up to 12 months, and its listing says it never asks for patient names or MRNs.

Follie
An anesthesia reference app from Attuned Labs, for iPhone and Android, with a case log that tracks procedure, anesthetic, technique, rotation, and role. The log exports to CSV, and the app also generates anesthetic plans and keeps preference cards. Its listing does not mention the ACGME.
